A new home for IQC opened its doors to the public on 21 Sept. 2012. The Mike & Ophelia Lazaridis Quantum-Nano Centre event hosted thousands of visitors as well as notables such as Mike Lazaridis, Prof. Stephen Hawking, Jay Ingram, Robert J. Sawyer, and Chad Orzel.
