Quantum Entrepreneurship course

On 6 June 2012, IQC hosted a one-day course on "Quantum Entrepreneurship" featuring Prof. Tom Brzustowski and Dr. Rolf Horn. The goal of the short course was to shed light on how discoveries in quantum information might lead to economic impact. The two speakers presented six lectures on topics including innovation in Canada, university and industrial research-based ventures, intellectual property protection, and patents.
