Intellectual Property Management and Laws are to the Information Technology Revolution what Labour Management and Laws were to the Industrial Revolution. Each permits society to manage and benefit from a period of extraordinary scientific discovery and development. The inventor or entrepreneur who ignores these laws is the master of his own demise.
