CryptoWorks21 Industry Day

CryptoWorks21 hosted an Industry Day event on June 20th, 2016 at the Institute for Quantum Computing that brought together industry participants and students. 

Representatives from Amazon, BMO, CIBC, evolutionQ, Infosec Global, ISARA, RBC, CIBC, BMO, Terepac, and TrustPoint Innovation each provided short presentations on their organizations and employment opportunities for CryptoWorks21 students.  

Students and industry representatives had the opportunity to meet and discuss opportunities for working together at the lunch that followed the formal presentations.

Networking sessions of this form are invaluable to students as they provide an efficient way to learn about the talents and skills sought by industry and the opportunity to talk about collaborations of mutual interest.
