Distinguished Lecture: Canada’s Future: Tech commercialization and Crossing the Chasm - How do we enable the Innovators?

Angela Mondou, author, entrepreneur and founder of ICE Leadership Inc., a consulting company helping technology and aerospace and defence scale-ups, is a former air force captain, tech marketing executive and CEO, whose unconventional career has taken her from worldwide military operations to top-ranked high-tech companies including Research in Motion, the creators of BlackBerry™. With her commercialization experience launching smartphones and cloud-based platforms, her favourite saying is “If you can drive adoption, you can drive anything.”

Angela is a recipient of the United Nations Peacekeeping medal and the Canadian Decoration. She is currently serving as an Honorary Colonel for the largest training school in the Canadian Armed Forces, the School of Aerospace, Technology and Engineering. She is a national speaker on leadership, marketing and business growth strategies, and is the self-published best-selling author of "Hit the Ground Leading: Seize your leadership potential and do incredible things!"
